Over In The Meadow

How is your summer?  Our gardens are still growing because of the watering my husband does every day.  The heat causes everything to have a "washed out" color, not like the bright colors of spring.  These are the colors that we have in Kansas right now but I still enjoy looking out over the fields, trees and rivers.  Peaceful and laid-back, too hot to move very fast.  I have introduced Over In The Meadow this week - it reminds me of what life looks like right now. I love, love, love the colors this month!  They are perfect for summertime scrapping.  Right now we are having summertime thunderstorms, love the rumbling and the sound of rain but the storms are taking there toll as they have been the last few weeks.  I don't know about you but I think I will stay inside where it is dry and SCRAP!
